During this appointment, we'll tour your home or office, discuss your priorities for each room or any specific preferences you may have. (It's okay if you like to use your oven more than others, we got you!)

3. **Customized Quote:** Following the tour, we'll provide you with a quote based on all the information we've gathered. Our transparent pricing ensures you know exactly what to expect, with no hidden surprises. ( if you would like an additional service added on in between services, let us know before your next scheduled service!)

4. **Service Scheduling:** With the quote approved, we'll work with you to schedule the initial deep cleaning service. Additionally, for those opting for ongoing maintenance, we'll set up a recurring schedule that suits your needs – whether it's weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. (The initial deep cleaning service followed by regular maintenance cleanings, such as biweekly services, are common in the cleaning industry to establish a baseline, address any neglected areas due to overlooked spaces, enhance the long-term results, improve efficiency and of course for client satisfaction. Why do you need to visit the space before giving me a quote?

Each space is unique in terms of size, use, pet hair, etc. In our initial visit we identify any special or customized requests you may have to then provide you with an accurate quote based on your needs. (Don't use your entire house? No worries, we won't charge you for unused guest bedrooms or room spaces for example). We also of course want to provide face-to-face communication, you'll always know who services your space to provide consistency and meet the main point of contact​

How do I prepare for my cleaning services?

Secure valuables- we kindly ask for you to put away any valuables, sensitive documents or items of sentimental value. This ensures that nothing is accidently moved or damaged during the cleaning.

Declutter- We kindly ask for you to tidy up by removing items that might hinder the cleaning process. Clearing clutter allows for cleansers to focus on cleaning rather than organizing. This helps the cleaners access surfaces that need attention.

Pets- We love pets, but if you have pets that you believe are best behaved if secured away please do so. Please also provide any specific instructions related to your pets such as leaving certain doors open, etc.

Payment- Ensure that payment is sent or arranged prior to the cleaners leaving your space. We would highly appreciate it!

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

Not necessarily, if you like to be present you most certainly can, if you work from home we will do our best to not interrupt your work space as necessary. Make sure to provide access for the cleaners to enter, you may provide a copy of your house key and code to doors/garages. This is the reason we initially meet in person, we want you to get to know us face-to-face so you feel comfortable with the people in your home. ​

What if i need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?

Please inform us at least 24 hours ahead of time to reschedule you as soon as possible. We understand day-of emergencies occur please inform us as soon as possible!! We will greatly appreciate it. ​
